Pyment

Pyment is a traditional term for wine made from co-fermentation of honey and grapes.

This pyment features Michigan grown Riesling and local honey produced by industrious bees. Soft honey and tropical fruit aromas, followed by flavors reminiscent of pineapple and grapefruit that are sure to please. This lovingly crafted wine possesses an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity and will pair well with crème brulee or as a stand alone after dinner desert. Serve chilled.
